1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and any enquiry, quotation or supply of construction materials by Bajrang Enterprises, Dumping ground, 4310/ New Zila Parisad Road, Don Bosco Colony, Bhaktinagar, Salugara, Siliguri, West Bengal 734008. By using this website or placing an order with us, you accept these terms.

2. Quotations and pricing

Prices for TMT bars, cement, bricks, blocks, pipes and other materials move with market rates. Any price shown on this website or shared over phone or WhatsApp is indicative only and is not a binding offer.

A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it. Where no period is stated, the quotation is valid for 24 hours. All applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing GST rules.

3. Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed only once we accept it in writing (including WhatsApp) and receive any advance agreed for that order. Stock availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines shared for Siliguri, North Bengal, Darjeeling and Sikkim are good-faith estimates. Weather, road closures, landslides, vehicle availability and site access can affect them, and we are not liable for losses caused by such delays.

The buyer must ensure safe vehicle access, timely unloading and adequate labour at the site. Waiting or demurrage charges, where incurred, are payable by the buyer. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery at the agreed site.

5. Payments

Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or quotation. Materials remain our property until payment is received in full. Delayed payments may attract interest as agreed in writing.

6. Quality, returns and warranty

All branded materials carry the warranty and test certification provided by the respective manufacturer; we pass on manufacturer warranties but do not offer any additional warranty.

Shortages, damage or wrong supply must be reported at the time of unloading or within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs. Cement, once delivered, cannot be returned. Cut, customised or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

7. Website content

Product descriptions, images, brand logos and guidance on this website are for general information. Brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. We may update content, specifications and pricing at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the materials in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as project delay costs or loss of profit.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal.
